One of L.A.’s most famous faces belongs to a rooster—the mascot of Rosemead-based Huy Fong Foods, makers of sriracha. The popular Thai hot sauce has already inspired one book by Los Angeles contributor Randy Clemens, and this month sees its follow-up, The Veggie-Lover’s Sriracha Cookbook.
