One's a billionaire investor; the other's a meth kingpin. Are Warren Buffett and Walter White really so different? Maybe not.
At last week's New York premiere party for the show's final season, billionaire Buffett came out of the closet as a Breaking Bad superfan. The 82-year-old CEO of Berkshire Hathaway told BuzzFeed, "I’m a huge fan!" at the event’s after-party. "Not only is the story compelling — it’s a really an interesting story — but the acting is superb... This is my number one show, by far."
Though the chemistry teacher-turned-drug-peddler played by Bryan Cranston has made (and lost) a pretty penny, it would likely be small change to Buffett, who's reportedly worth more than $50 billion. That's a sum large enough to make anyone, not just Walter White, become a ruthless drug lord, which come to think of it, isn't all that different from the cutthroat world of legitimate business.
