Apparently there was room for another gourmet burger restaurant in L.A. This one—a mere duck-fat fry toss from the ArcLight theaters in Hollywood—is brought to us by the folks behind BLT Steak. To survive within a couple miles of Umami, 8 oz., and the Counter, you’d better have a gimmick. Go Burger has a few: an ultrapremium blend of sirloin, short rib, chuck, and brisket (the 30-day dry-aged version costs a bit more), extreme presentations that include the UltiMELT with two grilled cheese sandwiches acting as buns, and dessert booze such as spiked milk shakes and beer floats. We like all of them.
