Bustling young Pucksters turn out fresh Belgian endive salads with poached pears and sublime cider-glazed pork chops. The scene-stealer is off the menu: Super-Sexy Mac and Cheese, a zesty twist on the old bore using risotto and Sottocerne, a white truffle cheese. Thursday and Friday it's a prix fixe tasting menu—eight courses at lunch or nine at dinner.
