With taco cheese cobbled together from rain forest cashews and sunflower seeds, peppered seitan standing in for Philly cheese steak, and blackened tempeh passing passably for a Reuben’s corned beef, Native Foods in Westwood transports vegans back to their blessed, if benighted, carnivorous past.
