For the recently opened Roger Room in WeHo, mixologist Damian Windsor has created the Tijuana Brass cocktail, which will cool you down like an ice cube on your neck on a triple-digit night. Sweet cucumber foam crowns a concoction of tequila, lime juice, and agave syrup on the rocks. It’s more refreshing than a margarita and soothes like spa water.
