Best Bed Linens, February 2004
Whoever said that size doesn’t matter hasn’t stroked 1,020-thread-count Egyptian cotton linens. Between the Sheets owners Paul Marx and Sandra Tobin Marx were the first to introduce these two-ply lovelies in the highest-grade cotton available. Even though the store deals directly with weavers in Italy and Switzerland, prices are steep: Sweet fancy Moses—$1,499 for sheets! Oh well, we can dream, or at least the sales staff will graciously scale the ladders of this linen library to grab us some 600s if we’re feeling budget minded.
