In Their Words . . .

On August 9, 1969, a group of Charles Manson's followers murdered actress Sharon Tate and four others at her estate in Benedict Canyon. The next day, during the early morning darkness, Manson and his bizarre and random killers slipped into the home of well-to-do merchants Leno and Rosemary LaBianca in Los Feliz and took their lives as well.
