On Tuesday, the Los Angeles Police Department, California Highway Patrol, and United States Secret Service teamed up to provide Santa Clause with a “Presidential-style” motorcade in L.A. The Santacade stopped at local schools and family centers, where Santa, Mrs. Claus, and a small army of elves handed out gifts to children in need.
