This starry night filled with the space-age sign of Norms is as animated as The Jetsons. Founder Norman Roybark was once a used car salesman and the flashing neon pennants of these signs paid homage to his former career. Architects at Armet Davis Newlove designed the googie-style 1956 flagship location on La Cienega and continue to design new stores for the iconic coffee shop chain.
